COVID-19 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
The 2020 F1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix was cancelled so Murray Schoorman was released of his pit lane duties and has returned to the Peak Hour Images office.
Following recent developments and government announcements, here is a brief overview of the steps we’ve already taken to protect our staff and customers:
Requiring our team members to wash hands thoroughly at least every two hours.
Requiring our team members to wear gloves and take extra precautions when handling any equipment that
could be transferred/used at a customer’s site.
Cleaning our equipment, office and editing studio more regularly than usual and using hospital grade
Encouraging those on our team that have potentially been exposed to someone sick to stay home, and
providing those that are feeling unwell with adequate paid leave, regardless of their previous leave usage or time with Peak Hour Images.
From a business continuity point of view, we are working closely with our suppliers to ensure our regular deliveries are still able to be made safely and any delays are managed reasonably. We have cancelled all non-essential travel and meetings etc. Peak Hour Images are in a strong technical position and where appropriate, Skype and other proprietary video conferencing platforms are being used to connect with our customers and suppliers.
We are also working closely with our customers to help them with their business plan changes. Where possible, suggesting alternatives to produce and deliver their digital content while minimising risk.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep our customers informed through our usual communication channels.
Please stay safe out there. Practice common sense and don’t panic. Wash your hands regularly and please check on and help those that may have a harder time fighting off this virus. If you have questions or concerns about the virus, the Department of Health and Human Services has established a telephone information hotline at 1800 675 398.
